How It Works
Multiple choice, computer-based test, sat at a CITB-approved test centre, with the pass mark and time limit set by CITB. Results are valid for 2 years from the date you pass.

What happens if I fail?
No refund is due for the test fee, and additional charges as set by the test centre or awarding body may apply if you wish to resit.
How do I know whether I need the Supervisory or Managers & Professionals version?
If you were told to book a "Supervisory" test specifically, choose that option; if your employer or card route specifies "Managers & Professionals," choose that one instead. If you're not sure, contact us and we'll confirm before you book.
How long is my result valid?
2 years from the date you pass.

We typically book test appointments within 1–3 days, and you'll get email confirmation within one working day.
What if I can't make my appointment?
