NVQ Level 3 Trade Progression
NVQ Level 3 Trade Progression is an advanced-level qualification in the same trade categories as Level 2, for tradespeople who want to deepen their expertise rather than move into general supervision. It's assessed from evidence of the more complex, higher-skilled work you're already doing on-site. This is the qualifying route to a Gold Supervisor CSCS card.

- Advanced-level skills in the same trade you qualified in at Level 2
- Deepens expertise within your specific trade, rather than moving into general supervision
Entry Requirements
Builds on an NVQ Level 2 in the same trade — if you haven't completed Level 2 yet, start there.
How It Works
Assessed through a portfolio of evidence — site photos, witness statements, and professional discussion — reflecting the more advanced work you're now doing in your trade.

This is the qualifying route to a Gold Supervisor CSCS card.
