Funding for Employers

If your business is CITB Levy-registered, funding support may be available depending on the specific course — since January 2026, this runs either through the standard CITB Grants Scheme (for a small number of course types) or through CITB Employer Networks (for most short courses, including SMSTS and SSSTS, generally at reduced rates compared to the old scheme). We'll confirm exactly what applies to your team's training plan before you commit to anything.

Is there a minimum number of learners for a group booking?

No fixed minimum — we can coordinate training for a single employee or a full team. Larger groups simply give us more scope to coordinate scheduling and funding efficiently.

Can you manage training across multiple sites or trades?

Yes — we work with delivery partners covering a wide range of trades and qualification types, so we can coordinate a mixed team (e.g. groundworkers, supervisors, plant operators) through a single point of contact.

How do you keep track of renewal dates?

Once you're working with us, we maintain a record of your team's certification and renewal dates and will proactively flag anything coming up, rather than waiting for you to ask.

What if an employee doesn't have relevant experience for the qualification we book them onto?
