NVQ Level 7 Senior Construction Management is the highest-level NVQ in construction, for senior managers and directors responsible for strategic oversight of construction operations. It's assessed from evidence of the strategic, organisation-wide decisions you're already making, rather than day-to-day site management alone. This is the qualifying route to a Black Manager CSCS card at the most senior level.
