NVQ Level 7 Senior Construction Management is the highest-level NVQ in construction, for senior managers and directors responsible for strategic oversight of construction operations. It's assessed from evidence of the strategic, organisation-wide decisions you're already making, rather than day-to-day site management alone. This is the qualifying route to a Black Manager CSCS card at the most senior level.

Experienced Worker Red Card eligibility requires evidence of prior industry experience in addition to NVQ registration, and the card is typically valid for a limited, non-renewable period.
