The Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager CSCS card is for those already working in a supervisory or management role who haven't yet completed their NVQ. It's time-limited, valid for 3 years, and intended to bridge the gap while you complete your qualification — available if you have at least one year of on-the-job experience in the last three years.

Entry Requirements
You'll need at least one year of on-the-job supervisory or management experience within the last three years.
How It Works
Issued once we've confirmed your on-the-job experience — no separate test beyond what's already required for your Gold or Black card route.
