Red Experienced Worker Card
The Red Experienced Worker CSCS card is for experienced workers who can demonstrate relevant industry experience but don't yet hold the full NVQ. It's time-limited, intended to bridge the gap while you complete your NVQ Level 2, and is commonly used alongside enrolment on that qualification.

Entry Requirements
You'll need to demonstrate relevant industry experience and be enrolled on (or about to enrol on) an NVQ Level 2 in your trade.
How It Works
Issued once we've confirmed your industry experience and NVQ Level 2 enrolment — no separate test beyond the HS&E Test already required for your Blue card.
Leads To
Commonly used alongside NVQ Level 2 while working toward a Blue Skilled Worker CSCS card.
